The hard part is doing it consistently, when work gets intense, when you're exhausted, when life throws one thing after another and the last thing you want to think about is what’s for dinner.

That’s where I come in.​

 

I'm not the kind of coach who hands you a meal plan and disappears. I’m here to walk beside you. To help you make sense of your habits, your needs, and your patterns, without judgment.

 

We’ll look at what’s getting in the way. Maybe it’s stress. Maybe sleep’s all over the place. Maybe it’s that inner critic telling you you’re falling behind.

 

Whatever it is, we’ll work through it together.

 

This isn’t about forcing a strict routine or pretending life is always calm and manageable. It’s about building habits that actually work for you. That feels doable even when things are messy. That leaves room for flexibility, joy, and rest.

We’ll create a new way of living that supports you so you can feel more grounded, more energised, and more like yourself.

Omm & Thrive is about making choices that feel like yours.


It’s about building confidence in your everyday routines and having tools that work in your real life, not in some perfect version of it.

Whatever your lifestyle or circumstances, this programme helps you reconnect with what truly nourishes you, physically, emotionally, and mentally.


And from there, we create space for balance, care, and ease.

The Omm & Thrive programme offers three tiers, each created to support you at different stages of your journey:

Foundation

 

In this one-off session, we’ll work through your current challenges in a dynamic and practical way. You’ll walk away with at least three actionable steps that you can implement immediately to start creating the changes you desire.

It includes:

  • 1x 90-minute initial consultation

  • A follow-up email with notes tailored to your current needs

Your investment:

Immersion

 

A 4-week programme designed to give you the support, accountability and tools needed to create lasting habits. We'll dive deeper into nutrition, lifestyle, and emotional well-being, and begin building the foundation for sustainable change.

 

It includes:

  • 1 x 90-minute initial consultation + 2 x 50-minute sessions

  • Email with session notes including specific action steps

  • Custom resources based on your needs

  • WhatsApp/email support between sessions so you never feel stuck or alone

Your investment:

  • £275​​​​

Move to Thrive

 

Movement should feel good, not like a punishment. That’s why I’ve partnered with Tasha, a personal trainer who shares my weight-inclusive, intuitive approach to wellness.

This package blends nutrition, mindful movement and self-care practices to help you enhance mental performance, boost mood, and create a sense of joy in your daily life. 

By the end, you’ll know how to nourish yourself without guilt, tune into your body’s needs, and bring in gentle nutrition that supports your energy, mood, and real life.

 

It includes:

  • 1 x 60-minute nutrition and lifestyle initial consultation + 4 x 45-minute sessions (with Laura)

  • A free initial consultation to explore what movement feels best for you (with Tasha)

  • 6 x sessions with Tasha in the gym* (with Tasha)

  • Extra workouts to do in your own time

  • Email with session notes including specific action steps

  • Custom resources and guides based on your needs

  • WhatsApp/email support between sessions so you never feel stuck or alone (with Laura)

  • Weekly check-ins to support your progress (with Tasha)

Training location: Places Gym (Eastleigh)

You can alternate sessions between us at your own pace, completing the programme in 6 to 11 weeks.

Common Questions

How long is the Omm & Thrive programme?

Tier 1: The Foundation is a one-off 90-minute consultation.

Tier 2: Immersion runs over 4-5 weeks. After session 2, you will have one or two weeks to put your new habits into practice.

Tier 3: Move to Thrive consists of 10 sessions. You can alternate the nutrition and movement sessions between Tasha and me at your own pace, completing the programme in 6 to 11 weeks.

Where are you based?​

My therapy room is located at The Counselling Space in Eastleigh, Hampshire (United Kingdom). 

Can I do the programme online?​

You can do Tier 1 and Tier 2 online, but Tier 3: Move and Thrive is in-person only, as you’ll be meeting Tasha at Places Gym in Eastleigh for your movement sessions.
