How is your approach different from another nutrition coach/professional?
Most nutrition professionals focus on telling you what, when, and how much to eat without considering the emotional, psychological, and behavioural aspects of eating. But knowledge alone doesn’t lead to transformation. If it did, we’d all just follow nutrition advice and be done with it! The real challenge isn’t knowing what to do, but understanding why you eat the way you do and how to create lasting change.
That’s where I come in. My approach goes beyond meal plans and rigid rules. I help you break free from old patterns, build consistency, and develop a balanced relationship with food that actually fits your life. Working with me isn’t just about eating differently, it’s about personal transformation.
What does ''food freedom'' mean?
Food freedom means letting go of rigid food rules, guilt, and the constant mental battle over what you should or shouldn’t eat, often fueled by diet culture and the pressure to lose weight quickly. The first thing you'll learn with me is how to break free from the “diet mentality” that tells you restriction is the only way to reach your goals. In my programmes, there are no “good” or “bad” foods, no “clean” eating or “cheat” meals. Instead, we focus on gentle nutrition, which allows you to enjoy the foods you love without guilt while building sustainable, healthy habits that actually work for your life.
Does it mean I get to eat junk food all the time?
Not at all! Think of it like an all-inclusive buffet on holiday.
At first, it’s exciting, and you might overeat just because it's available. But after a few days, you start craving foods that make you feel better. It’s the “forbidden fruit” effect: when foods are restricted, they become more tempting. Once you know you can have them whenever you want, the urge fades, and you can choose what truly nourishes you.
Do you only help people with disordered eating behabiours?
Absolutely not! I can help you achieve any goal you are working towards. Maybe you are trying to gain muscle mass, maintain your weight and improve your daily energy, or focus more on performance-oriented goals. I will help you understand the appropriate amount to eat for those specific goals and I work with a diverse array of clients with many backgrounds and many goals.
Can I combine your programmes?
Yes! My programmes are designed to be flexible, so we can create a bespoke plan that fits your needs. Let's say you want to stop binging, while also improving your energy and well-being, we can combine elements from different programmes and add on whatever is most helpful for you.
